How to make pores smaller?

I have acne and as a result my pores are huge below my eyes and on my cheeks. Are there any ways to shrink pores. I know the cold water technique but is there a successful way to permanently reduce pore size. Thanks a bunch!|||Crumble the dried chamomile flowers. Hold about half of the flowers against the palm of your hand. Your hand should be over the small bowl. Close your fist and rub your fingers repeatedly over the dried flowers to crumble them into a fine dust. Keep rubbing the flowers until they are all crumbled.

You can also use a very soft washcloth to dab your face clean if you wish.
