|||If you have an issue w/acne, use a product with salycaic acid and a product with retinol... but pay attention to what works and what doesn%26#039;t, like I can use acne facial wash but I can%26#039;t use benzoyl peroxide. Also if you have sores, dab hydrogen peroxide and use hot compresses daily to speed healing. (I actually also had to start taking Turmeric to clean my liver to reduce acne cuz I had excessive estrogen and change my diet for allergies.)
