Good luck|||If you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.

Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

http://www.acne-treatment-medicine-1.inf鈥?/a>|||use astringant for your open pores. It tightens your pores so that it%26#039;s harder for dirt and stuff to get in. Make sure you get your makeup off if you wear any, that can really clog your pores and cause acne. I use Neutrogena, just the daily face wash that washes away dirt and makeup. Then if you want, you can use stuff with acne medication (salicylic acid or benzoyle peroxide). There are plenty of products that treat acne.

Remember: there are NO studies that have found that chocolate and oily foods lead to acne, but some people say that it has helped them with acne.

Also, wash your pillow frequently just because when you sleep, the dirt from yesterday or whenever can clog your pores and cause acne.|||Wash your face with cold water it will close your pores a little.|||First, nothing can change your pore size; however dont be discouraged, there are things you can do to help. Three basics to skin care done once in morning and once at night: 1. Cleanse- get a facial cleanser for oily skin ( never, ever use seabreeze or any other astringent as they are bad for your skin) 2. Tone- also get a toner for oily skin (this balances the ph of your skin) 3. Moisturize- buy a facial moisturizer for oily skin ( remember moisture is different than oil, so it is important to keep your skin moisturized). I am a licensed skin care professional and hope this helps you some. Depending on the degree of your acne you might want to seek help from an esthetician or a dermatologist.|||Okay, Number 1- if you have a healthy diet that really helps. Number 2- be sure and clean your face after any athletic activity. Number 3- clean your face with a astringent that clears out the pores in the morning and at night. That%26#039;s pretty much it, if that doesn%26#039;t work than I%26#039;m not sure what will.
