How do you get rid of open pores?

Just wholes that fill with oils, presperation, hairsprayetc.. on theback of the neck, chest, side of neck|||Think of a sauna. When you get hot mists or steam on your face your pores open. They are then getting clean, but before you get out and start doing whatever you lightly mist your face with COLD water. Your pores are then closed and cleaned. hope i helped.
