Try asking a dermatologist or a person at a drug store. Don%26#039;t use Coco butter to get rid of spots. Get a scar removal cream/oil like %26quot;Bio Oil%26quot; that%26#039;s what I use and it works. Good luck and unless this coco butter says %26quot;for face%26quot; then don%26#039;t use it.
